Today in class we tasted 3 different kinds of salads that students had brought in.

The first was a mixture of onions, green beans, avocado chunks and tomatoes covered in a champagne sauce to create a creamy and thick salad.

The second consisted of macaroni noodles, pickles, olives, and mayonnaise blended together in a pickley and creamy salad.

The third and final one was a fresh and sweet yet bitter salad composed of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and peppers all covered in a balsamic vinegar dressing.

All of the salads were delicious and I enjoyed every bite.
