My mom is out of town right now but she was kind enough to leave me this delicious meatloaf for dinner. As you can see it’s cooked perfectly and full of delicious spices. If you asked me what was in this tasty concoction I could only reply with ground beef and some other stuff, but every bite was still amazing. This delightful dish was accompanied with some week old pasta that was ok, but it held the dish back from its full potential. If I were to make this again I would use fresher pasta and add a sauce to the noodles.
